with meticulous attention to detail. Our shipping process is designed to ensure

safe, timely, and transparent delivery of your purchase.

Order Processing Time

● All pieces are made-to-order and require 10–12 working days for

production.

● During festive seasons, sales, or high-volume periods, processing time may

extend by a few additional days.

● If any unexpected delay occurs, our team will notify you promptly.

Please note: Handcrafted garments may show slight variations in color, texture,

or detailing; these are natural characteristics of artisanal production and not

considered defects.

Shipping Timeline

● Once dispatched, orders typically reach most locations within 4–7 working

days within India.

● Remote locations may require an additional 2–4 days.

Kritaya partners with reliable courier services to ensure smooth and secure

delivery.

Shipping Charges

● Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

● Any special delivery requirements should be communicated to our team

prior to dispatch.

Order Tracking

● Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or

WhatsApp.

● Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Address Details & Delivery Attempts

● Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at

checkout.

● In case of an incomplete address or unreachable phone number, delivery

may be delayed.

● If the courier makes multiple attempts but is unable to deliver, the order

may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping

Kritaya is not responsible for delays caused by:
